A CORRECTION.
To the Editor. Sm, —Jn your report of the Mayor’s Court in last night’s issue, Mr Nimon is represented as preferring an information against me, and it is stated that 1 was cautioned by the Bench ; but the truth is that it was Mr Goodman who preferred the charge ; and so far from the Bench cautioning me, an expression of regret was made because the Bendh could not allow me a day’s work for attending to answer such an information. 1 am Ac., W. Hoo?kr. Dunedin, November 22.
