Nebraska as under : For Northern Porta of New Zealand, America, West Indies, Continent of Europe, and United Kingdom, via San Francisco, at 10 a.m. Late letters, with one additional single rate per letter, till 10.30 a.m. Newspapers, 8 a.ni.
