This Day. (Before A. C. Strode, Esq., 11.M.) Thomson v. Stumbles.—L7 IGs, for six months’ rent of a house at Port Chalmers. Mr Stout for plaintiff; Mr M'Keay for defendant. The case was adjourned for a week, for the production of receipts connected with the case. Lange and Thonemanv. J. A. J. M‘Gregor.— Plaintiff sought to recover L6O 2s 2d, amount of dishonored acceptance. Judgment by default for plaintiffs.
