This Day. (Before His Worship the Mayor.) OBSCENE LANGUAGE. Eliza Wood did not appear, and a warrant was ordered to be issued fer her apprehension. ASSAULT. Ellen Grut was fined 40s and costs, or a week’s imprisonment, for assaulting one Jane Sinclair.
