Secondly, that the evidence, while disclosing a suspicion of an unhealthy state of affa ; rs, is not sufficient to show that Capt. Holt had violated the privileges of the House. Thirdly, that the Committee regrets that Mr Harrison bad made such charges, founded on private conversation.
