The following is tho calendar of prisoners for trial at the criminal sessions of the Supreme Court, Dunedin, commencing on the 7th day of October, 1872, before his Honor Mr Justice Chapman : Samuel Holly—l arceny at*Arrowtown. John Batty—Larceny as a bailee at DuneRichard C. Evatt—Larceny as a bailee at Dunedin. William Duffy—Arson at Clyde. Frederick Plummer— Larceny at Dunedin, five charges, and being illegally at large. ON BAIL. George Sinclair —Horse stealing at Tomahawk. Thomas Borland —Assault at Dunedin.
