The Amount ol revenue received at the Cua-tun-house on goods cleared for consumption to-day. was L 712 Ids 7d. The revenue collected during the month was £19,519 Os lid. The quarter’s returns are : £ s. ( 1. July - • 14,927 17 0 August - 18,201 ils 8 September - 19,519 011 .0,653 14 4 The amounted collected during the corresponding quarter of 1871, was £30,162; and of 1870, £48,384. Messrs MfLandress, Hepburn, and Co, sold to-day, at their rooms, Manse street, the following leases of the City Reserves : 21 years lease Quarry Reserve, Maclaggan street, section No 1 brought Lll ; No. 2, L 9 10s; No. 3, LlO 10s ; No. 4, Ll3 10s ; No. 5, Lll ; No. 0, Ll3 10s ; No. 7, Lls ; No. 8, LlO 10s ; No. 9, Ll2 ; No. 10and 11, L 8 10s ; No. 12, L 6 ; and No 13, LG I Os. 1-4 years’ lease of Corporation subdivision 34 and 33, block 42, corner of Bond and Police s recta, brought 19s and 12s per foot per annum for frontage to Bond street.
