Conditions of lease may bo inspected at the Town Clerk’s Oflice. The new leases provide for full valuation for permanent improvements at the expiration of leases ; such valuation to he determined by the decision of two out of three arbitrators (one arbitrator being named by the lessors, one by the lessee, and the third one by the two thus appointed). Three mouths prior to the termination of the new lease, the land demised will he relet by public auction, tlic upset annual rental to he named at auction being tlxed by the arbitrators. Ju the event of there being no higher bid than the upset rental, the outgoing tenant to ho entitled to, and to be bound to accept, a new lease of the premises for n further term of years at the upset rental aforesaid. in the event of any other person than the outgoing tenant becoming the lessee, the incoming tenant to he bound to pay the outgoing tenant the amount of valuation for permanent improvements as previously fixed by the arbitrators aforesaid. The dates of the auction sales will be duly advertised.
