NOTICE TO HOLDERS OF MUNICIPAL CITY LEASES. rpiiE Lessees of Municipal Estate shortly X revetting to the Corporation, having been by letter recently invited to arrange with the City Council forthwith as to the amount of valuation for buildings erected upon the lands demised respectively, are infonned that, failing an immediate and satisfactory settlement with the Corporation on this head, the leases wall be allowed to expire in the ordinary course, and the present hj sseea will in that case be left to their only alternative remedy, viz , to remove their buildings off the leaseholds. Such removal to he effected, if at all within thirty days after the date of the expiration of the leases.
