DRUNKENNESS, Clara Heath was fined 3s. ASSAULT. Den is M’Brearty, barman at the Empire Hotel, was charged with assaulting one William Lloyd. It transpired that Lloyd had been in the habit of going to the Empire Hotel and touting there for the opposition coach, and that M’Brearty, acting under the orders of his employer, hsd ejected him. The case was dismissed.
