CITY OF DUNEDIN. NOTICE TO HOLDERS OF MUNICIPAL CITY LEASES. THE Lessees of Municipal Estate shortly revetting to the Corporation, having been by letter recently invited to arrange with the City Council forthwith as to the amount of valuation for buildings erected upon the lands demised respectively, are informed that, failing an immediate and satisfactory settlement with the Corporation on this head, the leases will be allowed to expire in the ordinary course, and the present lessees will in that case be left to their only alternative remedy, vis., to remove their buildings off the leaseholds. Such removal to be effected, if at all within thirty days after the date of the expiration of the leases.
