Messrs Ormond and M'Leain have com? ineuced an action against the Evening Poet for a libel contained in a Maori letter pub* lished by that paper. Auckland, Sept. 27. The Green Harp proprietors threaten the Star with another libel action. The Star defies the prosecutors.
