As nearly as may be practicable, the properties will be let for the further term six months prior to the expiration of the current lease?. Conditions of lease may be inspected at the Town Clerk’s Office. The new leases provide for full valuation for permanent improvements at the expiration of leases ; such valuation to bo determined by the decision of two out of ifhroe arbitrators (one arbitrate),;’ btiwg named by the lessors, 0:1,0 By the lessee, and the third By Vaa two thus appointed). ' Three mouths prior to the termination of the now lease, the land demised will be relet by public auction, the upset annual rental to be named at auction being fixed by the arbitrators. In the event of there being no higher bid than the upset rental, the outgoing tenant to be entitled to, and to be bound to accept, a new lease of the premises for a further term of years at the upset rental aforesaid. In the event of any other person than the outgoing tenant becoming the lessee, the incoming tenant to lie bound to pay the outgoing tenant the amount of valuation for permanent improvements as previously fixed by the arbitrators aforesaid.
