This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor and Jas. Brown, Esq., J.P.) DRUNKENNESS. Brian Kelly was fined 10s. SHIP DESERTION. Alexander M'Laren, charged with deserting from the ship Aapier, was ordered to be sent back to the ship ; the cost of his transmission to be deducted from his wages. LARCENY, Jane Kelysham alias M ‘ Donald was charged with stealing a silk dress, a silk jacket, a petticoat, a piece of ribbeu, and two bottles of champagne, valued at Llo 15s.—MrH. P. Morse said the prisoner had been in his employ as general servant since August 23. Last night she left the house, and immediately afterwards the articles enumerated above were missed. The dress produced was one of the articles missed.—On the application of the poliofe, a remand till Thursday was granted.
