The ship Wave Queen, for Newcastle, left the railway jetty at noon to-day, and was towed to sea by the steam tug Geelong The coasting schooner, Dagmar, sailed this afternoon. The schooner Oreti, for Oamaru, sadel this forenoon. On July 3 a screw yacht, named the Eclipse, was launched at the East India Harbor, Greenock. She was built by Mr Robert Logan for a brother, to be transhipped shortly to Otago, New Zealand. The following are the dimensions :—Length, over all, 44 feet; between perpendiculars, 42 feet; breadth of beam, 8 feet; depth, 4 feet 4 inches, and 2 tons ; two engines (diagonal principle) of 4-h.p. nominal; cylinders, diameter 5i inches; length of stroke, 8 inches.
