DRAPERY. DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP. IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the PARTNERSHIP hitherto subsisting between us, as Drapers and Clothiers, at 24, Bridge Row, Cannon street, in the City of London, and also in Princes street, in the City of Dunedin, New Zealand, under the style of “ HERBERT, HAYNES, and C 0.,” has this day been DISSOLVED by mutual consent. All Debts due to the late Firm must bo paid to Mr HAYNES, who will in future carry on Business alone, under the style of “HERBERT, HAYNES, and CO„” and who will pay all Liabilities of the late Firm.
