Tins Day. (Before A. C. Strode, Esq., R.M.) Civil Cases. Morris v. Quayle—claim, L2 12s. Mr Mansford appeared for the plaintiff, who is collector for the District Road Board at Blueskin. Mr Stout conducted the case for the defendant. After hearing the case, his Worship said that he must grant a non-suit. The precept which had been altered without re-execution was bad ; and no place was absolutely named at which ratepayers were called to pay the rates He was also of opinion that the summons had been issued a day too soon.
