The markets are dull. Adelaide flour, L2O; Provincial flour, Llo. Bran, Is 3d. Oats, 2s lOd to 3s. Cheese, 6£d, Butter scarce, at Is.
2.35 p.m. The Bangitoto, from Melbourne, is in the qffing. The County Council agreed unanimously last night, that it is desirable to continu'd the present form of government, and thas all the West Coast goldfields'should be au : nexed to the County.
Lyttelton, July 26. 12 45 p.m. The Alhambra has arrive 1, and sails for the North at one to morrow.
Auckland, July 26, 1.46 p.m. Caledqnian not looking so well. Shares have receded to L 33.
Wellington, July 2Q. 2.30 p.m. A child in Soames Island died of small pox. The Health Officer discovered three cases of small pox on board the Nebraska. The patients arc convalescent. It is supposed the authorities at Auckland did not discover the cases.
2.40 p.m. The Wellington leaves to-morrow with the San Francisco mails for the south.
