Tins Day. (Before Ids Worship the Mayor.) DRUNKENNESS, For this offence, George Dcardon, who did not appear when called, forfeited his bail, 40s. THEET. John Stanley, a recent arrival, avas sentenced to one calendar month’s imprisonment with hard labor, for stealing a pilot cloth coat from the shop of Messrs Isaacs and Marks, Fleet street. Mary Bates, charged with stealing a silver watch from the person of Donald MH.ean, was remanded to to-morrow, to enable the police to make further inquiries into the case. A lad named Simpson, charged by Ranger Bain with stealing a number of gum-tree plants from the Town Belt, was discharged with a caution.
