For Northern Porta of New Zealand, per s.s. “ Wellington,” at 1.30 a.m. A mail for Chatham Islands for despatch by “Ocean Wave” from Lyttelton, will close at 1.30 p.m. Mails for Australia close at Bluff at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 24th. For Timaru and Akaroa, per s.s. “ Maori” at 10.30 a.m.

Alhambra, as under: For India, China, Japan, Penang, Singapore, Manilla, Aden, Mauritius, the British, French, and Austrian Post Offices at Alexandria, Foreign countries, via Brindisi, Malta Gibraltar, and France (direct) at 11-30 a m. For Australian Colonies (except Victoria), at 12,30 p.m. . For London, via Southampton, via Brindisi, and Victoria at 1 p.m. For issue of money orders, and posting of registered letters and newspapersat 10 Late letters may be posted as under
