Ziele v. Holland—Lls Us. Judgment by default for the plaintiff for the amount claimed, with costs. Scott v. Willis and Gcddcs—L2 10s, for one week’s wages. L2 4s 6d was paid into Court, the balance being claimed by the defendants for a glue-pot paid for on behalf of the plaintiff. Judgment for the plaintiff for the amount paid into Court. Mee v. Potter—L2 14s, for rent Judgment by consent for the plaintiff, with costs. Same v. Ladkin—Ll 14s, for four weeks’ rent at 8s (id per week. Judgment for the plaintiff, LI 5s 6d, with costs, Thomson v. Inglebracht. —LI. This was a claim for the value of material given to defendant to make a pair of Balmoral boots which plaintiff asserted wore The boots Avere produced, and plaintiff said had they been finished as they appeared the wages would have been paid. The plaintiff agreed to take the boots, and pay the wages for making them. Costs to be paid by the defendant.
