Collins v, Collins,—This was an application by Aim Collins, the wife of James C Tins,' to have the defendant bound over to keep the peace, he having used threatening language towards her. Mr Edward Cook for the compla’nant; Mr Stout for the defendant The evidence showed that the parties had lived unhappily for the last eighteen months, but that the language complained of had only been used during the last live weeks. They have been married twenty-three years. His Worship endeavored to reconcile the difference between the parties ; but Mr Cook pressed for au order, which was at length granted; and the defendant was ordered to be bound over to ||ecp tlje peace for three months : himself in LIU, agd One surety Iq L2q,
