The applicants will, within four months of the dates of their applications, have to survey the land by the District Surveyor into sections of not more 320 acres each ; and as soon as possible after approval of the survey, the land will he offered for sale by auction, open to all bidders, at the upset price of 10s- the cost of the survey to be paid by the purchaser.
