Crest of the Wave, 58 tons, Bell, for Hokitika. _ . . m . Beautiful Star, 126 tons, Hart, for Timaru Storm Bird, 67 tons, Fraser, for Molyneux PASSENGER LIST. Per Storm Bird : Miss White, Messrs Aikin, White, Eraser, Hunter, Saddler, M'Khmon, his Honor Judge Warn, and four in the steerage. The iron ship Ironsides, 101 days from London, arrived at the Heads this morning, having on board ten passengers, reported to he all well, a shipment of gunpowder, and a large general cargo. On its being known that a ship was at the Heads |the Geelong ? roceeded outside, but as the Ironsides was several miles to leeward the services of the tug were declined. She will, however, be probably towed in to-morrow. The s s Storm Bird left the Bluff at 9,30 p.m. on the 15th inst., and arrived at Port Clm’mers at 12 noon on the 16th, and proceeded up to Dunedin with the afternoon’s tide. Experienced fresh N.W. winds to arrival. We have to thank Mr Bosker, the steward, for files.
