Tins Day. (Before His Worship the Mayor.) DRUNKENNESS, James Hayes alias Piggy, Michael Donoghue alias Flaherty, and Peter Magg, were each fined ss; James Deuehrass, William Stewart alias Stevens, and Anthony Cuttenwere each fined 10s ; and Elizabeth Mowbray, 20s or seven days’ imprisonment, OBSCENE LANGUAGE. Robert Wade was fined 40s or seven days’ imprisonment; and Charlotte Frederick (an old offender), LlO or three months’ hard labor. BYE-LAW CASES. James Purvis, allowing cattle to wander on the Main South road, 20s and costs ; Patrick Bradley and Patrick Hagerty, same, 5s and costs each.
