Royal Horticultural Society of Otago. —The annual meeting of the Royal Horticultural Society of Otago, was held at the Athenajum last night. Mr George Matthews in the chair. There was a good attendance of members. The new rules, as prepared by the committee, were adopted with slight alterations. The officers elected for the ensuing year are :—President, Mr George Matthews ; vice-president, Mr G. K, Turton; treasurer. Mr A. H. Shiny; secretary, Mr A. M‘Kinlay.
