A CORRECTION.

To the Editor. Sir, —The medium that communicated to you the assertion that there were only “twenty-nine” persona at my lecture is a lying medium. The exact number was thirty-nine. The meeting was very orderly, and was opened with prayer, which Spiritualists believe to be “an act of blasphemy ” ! A unanimous and hearty vote of thanks was awarded to me at the close. With respect to the lecture the public will be able to judge for themselves, for it is to be published. Lies and liars 1 hate, and therefore request you will, iu the interests of truth, allow me to contradict openly the false assertions of your correspondent.—l am, &e., J. G. S. Grant.
