MAYOR’S COURT.
This Day. (Before E. F. Ward, Esq., J. P., and James Brown, Esq., J.P.) drunkenness. Robert Johnson and Edward Cunningham were each ordered to pay 10s. ASSAULT. Mr Harris, for the defendant, in case of Mason v. Dondle, a charge of assault and battery, heard in March the 12th nit., applied for a rehearing of the case. The Bench reserved their decision to the 25th.
The hearing of the cases Dondle v. Mason and Dondle v. Alexander, was adjourned to the 15 th.
