The defendant produced a lec ipt for L2O paid to the agent, without return having been made to the plaintiffs. Judgment by consent for the balance, with costs. Flaxman v. Baillie,—L33 4s 6J, the amount of a dishonored promissory note. Judgment for the plaintiff for the amount, with costs.
