SUPREME COURT.
IN BANCO. Tins Day. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Chapman.) CATOMORE (TRUSTEE OF WILLIAM FULLER) V, MURRAY. Mr Macassey (with whom was Mr IIoworth) appeared in support of a motion to take the opinion of the judge, under Jlu!c 245, as to taking of accounts before the Registrar in this suit. Mr Barton contended that the proceeding ought to bo by taking exceptions to the .Registrar's certificate. The Court decided to proceed under the rule. Mr Maeassey contended that the Registrar should take an account of the rents and profits of the business since the bankruptcy of William Fuller, whereas the Registrar had decided otherwise. Mr Barton supported the decision of the Registrar. At 3 p.m. the arguments had not concluded, __________________
