John Kaye was summoned for neglecting to support his child, an inmate of the Industrial school at Caversbarn, being of sufficient ability to contribute thereto. Ordered to pay 2s Gd per week from the tune of the committal of the child. OFFKNCKS AO A>s ST JiYKLAWS. Alexander Potter was fined 2s 6d and costs for allowing his cattle to wander; Archibald Miller was lined 5s and costs for driving a carriage without a license ; Henry Spiers was charged with depositing building material upon the footpath in Oumberlandstreel without the permission of the City Council.
