Yesterday. (Before his Worship the Mayor.) DRUNKENNESS. Anthony Cullen, 5s ; John Cousin, ss; Thomas Kendall, 10s ; Thomas Page, ss. HORSE STEALING. John Hartley was charged with horse stealing at Cavcrsham on the 3rd (f May, IS7J. demanded till Tuesday next,
OFFENCES AGAINST THE BYE-LAWS. | William Lloyd was charged with throwing ' offensive matter in a public place, and fined 20s. He was also fined 20s and costs for obstructing the footpaths in Princes street. This Day, Richard Daniel was fined 5s for drunkenness. STEALING FRUIT, Fdward Patterson, a lad 14 years of age, was charged with stealing fruit from the premises of John Outram, and was fined 10s, or six hour imprisonment. E. Dallas, a boy, was charged with aiding and abetting the same, and was sentenced to pay a similar fine. INDECENCY. Catherine Millar was fined 5s for using indecent language in Cambray-place.
