This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor.) DRUNKENNESS. George Ecnuock and Daniel Wilson were each fined 5s ; and John Paxton, 10s or 48 hours imprisonment. ASSAULT. Isaac Canning v, John Cassidy, was a a charge of assault, which Mr M‘Keay intimated had been settled out of couit. OFFENCES AGAINST TlfE BYE-LAWS. Sydney Thompson, for leaving his cab unattended, was fined 2s fid.
