Sir, —Referring to a local in to-day’s Daily Times, declining to insert either of the communications supposedly from me, relating to the projected resignation of Mr Galbraith as M.P.C., for our Port, 1 would ask you to state on my behalf that neither of ibhe said communications was from roe ; but from, and at the request of their Port agent, to whom I cave the information. 1 am, &e., Dav/d O’Donnoghur.
