WASTE LAND BOARD.

This Day. The Waste Land Board met at noon today. Present Messrs Reid, in the chair, Duncan and Hughes. Mr Dalrymplc on behalf of John Brace, protested against a decision of the Board on the 20fch February, and asked that the blocks of certain ccrtilicates should be produced. The Board decided that they had no power in the matter. 1 1 was agreed to allow the value of certain improvements to William Casserly, and an officer was directed to be appointed to value them.
