Tins Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor, and J. B. Bradshaw, Esq., J.P.) DRUNKENNESS. John Donner was fined 5s ; John Sinclair, 20s or 48 hours ; and John M 4 Donald, 40s or 14 days’ imprisonment. VAGRANCY. Margaret M 4 Lanchlan was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment for this offence. ABUSIVE LANGUAGE. J. A. Philips v. W. Isaacs was dismissed, their Worships considering that the evidence of the complainant’s witnesses entirely disproved his case.
