And notice is‘further given, that any appeals against the assessment may be lodged at the City Council Chambers, Manse street (where blank forms may be had), on or before the 2nd March, 1872, and a copy of each notice of appeal must be delivered by the appellant to the Clerk of the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Dunedin, six clear days before the day to be appointed for hearing any appeals.
