To the CITIZENS of DUNEDIN and Suburbs:— In fulfilment of a promise made on the 9th September last, to a deputation of Citizens, THE PROPRIETOR of the Dunedin Gas Works has satisfaction in announcing that he is not only prepared to carry out his engagement, but to oiler even more liberal inducements to large and regular consumers who will pay rates promptly. To Consumer;-' for contracts entered into for three years (transferable to successors in business or to other premises) 12s 6d per 1000 feet.
