NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT LIFE INSURANCE AND ANNUITIES. THE Government having been empowered by special Acts of the Legislature to enter into contracts for Insurances on Lives, and for the grants of Annuities and Endowments, are now prepared to execute any of the usual contracts dependent upon \he contingencies of humau life. Ths following advantages arc presented as deserving of Public attention, and especially of the Working Classes : 1. The tables of Premiums in all the branches are considerably less than in any other office in New Zealand. 2. All transactions, and Powers of Attorney and other documents, are free of Stamp Duty and all taxation. 3. No charge is made beyond the purchase money or premium, paid quarterly, half-yearly, or annually. 4, Fourteeu or tweu ty -one days of grace, according to the intervals of payment, are allowed beyond the due dates; and should the assured die during these periods, the policy will still be valid. 5. Surrender values are granted on tbs whole or any part of a contract which has endured for live years, 6. Residence is permitted in any part of the Australasian Colonies or Europe, ami premiums may always he paid on the due dates at the nearest Money Order Office. 7. Insurances effected for the Ijcnetit of and settled on Wife or Children are free, to the extent of L2,C00, from the claims of Creditors. S.
