RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT.

This Day. (Before A. C. Strode, Esq., R.M.) CIVIL CASES, Wood v. Millar.—-LSO. Mr Stout for the plain till; Mr Haggitt for the defendant. The case, postponed from yesterday for the production of certain documents, was decided this morning by the [plaintiff taking a nonsqit. Stermson v. Marshall and Co. L37 15s. Mr Stewart for the plaintiff; Mr Haggitt for the defendant. The evidence of J. Thomson, one of the defendants, was taken. The further hearing of the case was adjourned.
