At tbo Launceston Criminal Sessions, Henry and Mathias Blooh, charged with fraudulent insolvency, were remanded, as the jury in their case were anable to agree. Bail was accepted for their appearance. Matthias Bloch was then charged as an absconding debtor, and was acquitted ou the ground that the petition was not tiled when he absconded.
