Messrs M‘Landress, Hepburn and Co., instructed by Messrs Connor aud MTCay, offered for sale yesterday, on the reclaimed ground adjoining the Graving Dock, the contractor’s plant. The attendance was good, but the prices realized' were not so satisfactory as might haue been anticipated. The whole lot was, howevef, disposed of, excepting a few miscellaneous articles for which there was no offer.
