DRIVER, STEWART, and CO., have received instructions from the Proprietors to sell by public auction, at their Wool Stores, High-street, on Monday Bth of January, 1872, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, THE TOWN OF FORBURY, Consisting of 106 acres of the most magnificent land in the Province; situated within one mile of the Post Office, and lies between Hillside (the property of the late Captain Cargill) and the Forbury Park. THE TOWN Has been carefully surveyed into Sections, from a quarter to half an acre each, aud so arranged that purchasers who desire to form a larger property can secure a Block of any size.
