As 1 have always been anxious to encourage local industry, it is very gratifying to me to see our TWEED MANUFACTORY receiving so much encouragement, and 1 can assure those gentlemen who have not yet given the MOSGIEL TWEED atrial that they may depend on me supplying them with garments made of it at the CHEAPEST POSSIBLE PRICES, as I am determined to do everything in my power to encourage NATIVE INDUSTRY, and thus keep the money in (he country, being fully convinced that we shall never be very prosperous as a community, unless we do so whenever practicable.
