High-street, on Monday Stli of January, lf>72, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, THE TOWN OF FORBURY, Consisting of 10(5 acres of the most magnificent land in the Province; situated within one mile of the Post Ollice, and lies between Hillside (the property of the .late Captain Cargill) and the Forbury Park. THE TOWN Has been carefully surveyed into Sections, from a quarter to half an acre each, and so arranged that purchasers who desire to form a larger property can secure a Block of any size.
