Public Notices. NOTICE! JJUNEDIN GAS WORKS. To the CITIZENS of DUNEDIN and Suburbs:— In fulfilment of a promise made on the 9th September last, to a deputation of < iiizens, THE PROPRIETOR of the Dunedin Gas Works has satisfaction in announcing that he is not only prepared to cany out his engagement, but to oiler even more liberal inducements to large and regular consumf rs who will pay rates promptly. From the Ist of January pros., Gas supplied by the Dunedin Gas Works will be on the following terms ; To Consumers who pay their rates not later than the 15th of each month, ttie charges will be 15s per 1000 feet for casual consumers. To Consumers for contracts entered into for three years (transferable to successors in business or to otherpremises) 12s Cd per 1000 feet. For which, contract forms are to be had at the Gas Office, Princes street. N.B.—All rates payable monthly.
