PUBLIC attention is called to the Provisions of “ The Salcof Poisons Act, 1871,” which comes into force on the Ist January, 1872. By section 4of the said Act it is unlawful for any person to sell or keep open shop for retailing, dispensing, or compounding poisons in any part of New Zealand, unless such person shall first be registered.
