DURING the months of December and January, Excursion Return Tickets, at Single Pares, will be issued between Dunedin and all ports of New Zealand, available till the 31st January. FOR ALL NORTHERN PORTS. —The s.s. WELLINGTON, with English Mail, leaves Port Chalmers, 22nd inst; arrives Manuka, 27th ; leaves Manukau 2nd January ; and arrives Port Chalmers, 7th January. FOR ALL NORTHERN PORTS—The s.s. PHCEBE on THURSDAY, 28th inst. FOR TIMARU, AKAROA, AND LYTTELTON—The s.s. BEAUTIFUL STAR, on FRIDAY, 22nd inst. ; the a. s. MAORI, on THURSDAY, 28th instant. Harbor Steam Company, Agents, CHRISTMAS DAY EXCURSIONS. MONDAY, 25th DECEMBER. fJIHE Harbor Company’s Steamers will run as under ; WALLACE for Otago Heads (Kaik) and Waikouaiti (if weather permits) will leave the Wharf at 9 a.m., arrive at Waikouaiti 12 o’clock, leave again at 3 p.m., and arrive at Dunedin Wharf 6 ,'p. m. Excursionists will thus have nearly three hours to inspect the Old Kaik and other objects of interest at the entrance of Waikouaiti river. RETURN TICKETS, 3s 6d. GOLDEN AGE for Portobello, Port Chalmers, and Maori Kaik at 10.30 a.m., leaving the Kaik on the return trip at 3.30 p.m., calling at Portobello about 5 p.m. St. Patrick’s Baud is engaged, and will accompany the steamer. RETURN TICKETS, 2s 6d. PENINSULA for Broad Bay, Port Chalmers, and Deborah Bay at 11 a.m., and for Portobello and Port Chalmers at 2 p.m. RETURN TICKETS, 2* 6d. On the Return Trips the boats will leave Port Chalmers as under : PENINSULA, 4 p.m. ; GOLDEN AGE, 4 30 p.m. ; and WALLACE at 5 p.m. Offices : Harbor Chambers. BOXING DAY. TUESDAY, 26th DECEMBER. THE Harbor Steamers will under : Company run as GEELONG for Moeraki Jetty will leave Dunedin Jetty at 8 a.m., arrive Moeraki 12 noon, leave again 3.30 p.m., arriving in Dunedin7.3o p.m, TICKETS, ss. WALLACE, from Oaraaru to Moeraki, arrives at Moeraki 12 noon and leaves again at 3.30 p.m. The Oamam band will accompany the Wallace, and special arrangements will be made for the accommodation v of both Oamaru and Dunedin visitors.
