The Gifts will be given upon the stage to the successful Holders of the Tickets drawn, as a guarantee of good faith on the part of the distributors. Concluding with the Comedietta of INCOMPATIBILITY OF TEMPER, Mrs Worrit Miss Jennie Nye. Characters by Company. NOTICE. The plan adopted for distributing the Presents will be as follows: —That each purchaser will receive a Ticket with a counterpart, such counterpart to be given to the check-taker at the door, and which is numbered to correspond with the Ticket, which the purchaser retains. At 9.30 o’clock the whole of the counterparts will be collected from the check-takers, and placed in a box by the person or persons c osen by the audience. The first Twelve Counterparts drawn (by one of the audience) will entitle the holders of the Tickets with the corresponding number to the Gifts advertised. No admission by Prize Ticket after 9.30. THE GIFTS ARE NOW ON VIEW At A, Geddes’s, Tobacconist, Princes street. Tickets for all parts of the House to be had everywhere. The Promoters of the above beg to inform the Public that they were not in any connected with the Presentation of Jewellery (which was only Gold of the Period) given some four months since. KITENDERS are invited by the Colonial | Government for the supply of FORTY THOUSAND TOTARA or JARRAH SLEEPERS, for the Otago Southern Trunk Railway, in lots of Ten thousand each. Specifications to be seen at the Public Works Offices, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin, and with the General Government Agent Auckland.
