MAYOR’S COURT.
This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor,) ASSAULT, Hnne Hartwell v. John Hesford, was a charge of assault and using threatening language, which was dismissed with half-a-guiuea costs,
OFFENCES AGAINST THE BYE-LAWS. A charge of leaving bis horse unatteuded in Rattray street, preferred against Walter AVright, another of exposing goods for sale, preferred against Isaac Giduey, were dismissed with a caution.
